By using Mummy Honey's website to order any item, you are giving permission to Mummy Honey to use the card details supplied to pay for the item.

Ordering
When you place an order you will receive an email from us of which will confirm receipt of your order and will provide you with an order reference number.

Generally, if an item is out of stock, it will say so on the product page. However occasionally, due to high demand, we may be out of stock in certain items. If we do not have an item that you've ordered in stock, we will contact you by email or by phone. We will refund any monies paid for out of stock items.

All prices and transactions are denominated in Australian Dollars and include Goods and Service Tax (GST) where applicable.

If you would prefer not to pay with your credit card over the internet please call us on +61 439 914396 and we will process your order over the phone, or email sales@mummyhoney.com.au with your details and we will contact you. We also accept payment by direct debit, contact us with your details at sales@mummyhoney.com.au and we will provide you with the necessary account details. Orders will only be despatched upon receipt of payment.

For international customers, we will charge your credit card in Australian dollars. The charge you receive on your credit card statement in your home currency will depend on the exchange rate used by your card provider at the time they make the currency conversion. Mummy Honey has no control over this.

5% discount for featured article
1. 5% discount only available to Mummy Honey members. 2. Discount only available to Mummy Honey members whose submitted article is published on the Mummy Honey website. 3. Discount valid for one order only. 4. Members will be notified by email if their submitted article is published on the Mummy Honey website. 5. Discount is valid for 6 months from the date the notification email is sent to the Mummy Honey member whose article is published. 6. Mummy Honey reserves the right to choose which articles are published on the Mummy Honey website. 7. The decision made by Mummy Honey on which articles are selected and published is final. 8. The discount cannot be used for sale items.
